Online Ka Adda is a WhatsApp-first general merchandise store based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We offer curated products across categories including gadgets, kitchen essentials, daily-use items, fitness equipment, and more. All purchases are completed via WhatsApp conversation.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, product availability, specifications, and prices may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp before any order is placed.
4. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are initiated via WhatsApp enquiry
- Payment is confirmed before dispatch via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
- Order confirmation is provided via WhatsApp message
- We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with full refund if payment was made
5. Delivery
- We offer Pan-India delivery
- Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 working days depending on location
- Delivery charges, if any, are communicated at the time of order
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control
6. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via WhatsApp
- We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion
- Used, tampered, or unpackaged products are not eligible for return
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logo, and design is the property of Online Ka Adda. Copying, reproducing, or reusing any content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Online Ka Adda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
